Outsource Preparation

We have secured additional tax preparers for busy-season to help us better deliver individual tax returns on time (Form 1040).  These preparers are seasoned and they work for CCH (Wolters Kluwer) and Xpitax.

These preparers are stationed in India, so a natural question is, "How do I know my data is safe?"  The national CPA firms have used India employees for years to assist with tax season.  In this case, these preparers have received a background check and training, the same as US based employees.  In addition, no electronic devices are allowed in the workspace - ever.  For 20 years, this group has had zero data breaches or no theft of data.  Most importantly, your data never moves from our US based server.  These people will prepare individual tax returns for our review on our server and they can only see the return they are preparing.

Because they live outside the US, we are required to have you sign an IRS consent form to prepare your return using these people.  In all cases, we review your return prior to you receiving it. We are excited about being able to better serve you this tax season!  As with anything, you have a choice for us to prepare and review your tax return using our employees in Rock Hill. However, there will be a premium added to your service if you make this choice.

Remember, this in only for 1040s.  All business returns will be prepared as they have in the past. Utilizing this method, like so many firms around the country have been doing, is the best way to help us meet your deadlines with increasing tax complexity and administration.
