You Can Get a Portal at Any Time
We can create a portal for you at any time. If you are already a client and do not have a portal, let us know and we will create one for you. We have instructions to help you get the hang of using a portal.

You can also send us information securely and avoid the pitfalls of email. Here is some basic information about your portals and where you can log in to your portal.

If you forget your password, do not worry. If you answered your security questions when you set up your portal, you can reset your own password at the login screen (click reset password) at any time. Otherwise, you will need to call us during business hours and we can reset your password for you.
Your portal is a great place to receive the work we do for you. You can receive your tax returns, your trial balances, your financial statements, tax plans, and other items we prepare for you. The portals are secure ways for you to send us your files. Using File Exchange, you can send PDF's of tax documents, Quickbooks files, excel and word files and any other file type. You can sign documents and send them to us through your portal. You can also send us your social security number or other sensative data because the file exchange system on your portal is secure.
You can log into your portal through the login on our website, or through the Thomson Reuters website.
Thomsen Reuters has a good help and how-to article on setting up multi-factor authentication. First, you need to have a mobile phone device with the Thomson Reuters Authentication app installed. This free app is compatible with the iPhone products and Android phones. Then, you adjust the settings in your Net Client portal. See this article on Setting Up Multifactor Authentication.
Switching to new phone to your Net Client portal for multi-factor authentication is not difficult if you still have your original phone. The process requires you to have the Thomson Retuers Authentication app installed on the new phone. This free app works with both the iPhone products and the Android products.
